CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The head-on collision on Kraft Street Wednesday night resulted in the death of one driver.
At about 7:21 p.m., Justin Lyle, 36, of Clarksville was traveling east on Kraft when, for reasons still under investigation, his vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic near the bridge at Emerald Hills Drive. Lyle was transported to Tennova Healthcare-Clarksville, where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival, according to Clarksville Police spokesman Officer Scott Beaubien.
The second driver was taken to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and treated for minor injuries.
