HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WKRN) – Three juveniles and two adults are charged in connection with a deadly shooting earlier this week in Hopkinsville.
Hopkinsville police were called to the shooting just after midnight Thursday morning at a residence on Bethel Street where Corvyan Thomas, 20, was found dead from at least one gunshot wound and a 19-year-old had been shot in the leg.
James Joseph Yates, 21, and Lane Dewilton Carter, 20, were charged with robbery and unlawful transaction with a minor, investigators said.
Three juveniles from Hopkinsville were also taken into custody.
Two of the juveniles were charged with complicity to robbery while the other was charged with assault, robbery and possession of a forged instrument.
Shakkory Dashaun Willis, an Oak Grove man, is wanted on charges of murder, robbery and unlawful transaction with a minor.
