The Clarksville Wildcats traveled to West Creek High School for the Region 7-3A soccer semifinals on Tuesday.
The Kirkwood Cobras hosted the Dickson County Cougars for the Region 7- 4A tournament semifinals on Tuesday.
Several Clarksville-area student athletes have qualified for the 2025 TSSAA track state championships, which will be held from May 20-22 at Dean A. Hayes Stadium in Murfreesboro.
Clarksville High senior catcher Korbin Reynolds and Clarksville Academy two-way player Evan Leonard have both been named one of three finalists for the TBCA Mr. Baseball Award in their respective classes. Reynolds is a finalist for the class 4A award, while Leonard is a finalist for class division II-A.

The Clarksville Christian Centurions traveled to Zion Christian Academy for the TSIAA State Championship against the Eagles on Saturday. The Eagles put up big scoring numbers early, and the Centurions were unable to come back, falling 10-0 in the state championship, but earning the runner-up for a second straight year.
The Rossview Hawks and Henry County Patriots met up at Clarksville High School for an elimination game, and with the Region 7- 4A runner-up title on the line. The Patriots got up big early, but 22 unanswered runs from the Hawks powered them to a 22-10 victory, advancing them to a sub-state series against Collierville next week.
The Rossview Hawks baseball team traveled to Clarksville High School for the Region 7- 4A Championship game against the Wildcats. A high-scoring affair saw the Wildcats pull away with big scoring innings and claim their second straight region championship 13-3 in five innings, earning them a home sub-state series.
