Montgomery County Government, in coordination with the City of Clarksville Street Department, will be closing Franklin Street between 2nd and 3rd Streets starting at 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, to facilitate roof replacement on the Montgomery County Courts Center.
