Spring Creek Parkway Phase 2 about to begin, connecting Trenton Road to Wilma Rudolph Blvd.

Following the completion of the first phase of Spring Creek Parkway earlier this year, the Clarksville Street Department has now begun construction for Phase 2, which isn’t expected to be completed until 2027.
