CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The City of Clarksville has certain restrictions for the use of fireworks during the Independence Day holiday.
According to the city ordinance, fireworks can be used within city limits July 1 through 5 between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. only.
Other than these dates, it is unlawful to explode, fire, shoot, or set off fireworks inside the corporate limits of the city. Violators are subject to a city citation.
Montgomery County does not have a fireworks ordinance.
