Jason Paul Gosz, age 31, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center.
Jason was born February 13, 1984 in Appleton, WI, to William John Gosz and Kim Malueg Gosz.
Jason was an Army Aviation OH58D helicopter Pilot in Command (PIC). He was a member of Hilldale Church of Christ.
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
In addition to his parents, Jason is survived by his daughter, Madison I. Gosz; two sisters, Amanda Gosz Halstead and Ashlee Wetherill; and fiancé, Amanda Romer.
