Travis Steele, CSM (Ret) U.S Army, age 55 of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Centennial Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Foston Funeral Home, and from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Greater Missionary Baptist Church, with the family present from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 23, 2015 at Greater Missionary Baptist Church. Burial Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West Hopkinsville, KY.
He was born July 23, 1959 in Marlin, TX to the late Preston and Gladys Sims Steele. He was a member of Greater Missionary Baptist Church.
He leaves to cherish his memories, loving wife, Sandra Steele, Clarksville, TN; children, Serita, Lashondria and Elijah Steele, all of Clarksville, TN; step brother, Sammy B. Lockett, Houston, TX; step sister, Erma Jean, Mexia, TX; aunts, Beverly Tucker, Bremond, TX and Earlene Jackson, Houston, TX; uncle, Harvey Steele, Bremond, TX; mother and father-in-law, Lester and Betty Patton, and a host of family and friends.
