CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Police Department urges residents near Red River Rd. not to be alarmed if they hear periodic explosions today, tomorrow, and Friday.
The sounds are simulated from the Advanced Explosive Breaching Training located at the Old Frosty Morn Building on Red River Rd.
The training will go throughout the daytime hours and will end in the evening hours.
