Clarksville man indicted for child rape

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Clarksville man has been indicted by the Montgomery County on statutory rape charges.

According to the indictment, 30-year-old Lance Andrew Postoak was charged with seven counts of child rape and six counts of aggravated sexual battery.

The indictment states that the victim was under 13 years old and the alleged incidents occurred between January and December of 2011.

His bond was set at $25,000.
