CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – RadioShack announced last week that the company plans to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and will close 1,784 stores across North America.
Among the stores set to close are both Clarksville locations in Governors Square Mall and at 1596 Fort Campbell Blvd.
Earlier this month, the New York Stock Exchange announced plans to delist the century-old Texas based company and suspend its shares.
Going out of business sales have already begun at many stores.
