Two employees followed the suspect, identified as 32-year-old Terry Malone, out to the parking lot where a fight ensued. The employees were both treated for stab wounds.

Lead investigator Detective Rodney Lifsey and Detective Nick Newman determined Malone’s identity and K9 Deputy Chris Bedell from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office made a traffic stop and apprehended him on Jan. 29.

Malone was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
