MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. – Charges are pending in a crash that injured four people Tuesday afternoon on Highway 79 in Montgomery County.
A 2-year-old and 5-month-old were among those injured, according to a report from Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP).
THP said Edward Hudson, 68, was travelling west in his Ford F150 when another car, driven by 27-year-old Narissa Lewis, pulled in front of him.
Hudson was injured and transported to Gateway Medical Center for treatment.
Lewis and the two children inside her car were also injured. All three were flown via LifeFlight to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.
An update on the victims’ conditions was not immediately released.
Charges are pending against Lewis for failure to yield.
