Russell “Russ” Lee Chadd, age 68, of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, January 1, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center.
He was born January 28, 1946 in Sikeston, MO, to the late William Chadd and Dorothy Lands Chadd. He was also preceded in death by his two brothers and two sisters.
Russ retired from the US Army after 21 years of service, including tours in Korea and Vietnam, and 30 years with Dyn Corp. He was also a 32nd-degree Scottish Rite Mason.
Services are to be announced.
Russ is survived by his loving wife, Gisela K. Chadd of Clarksville; son, Randy (Dianna) Chadd of Ft. Wayne, IN; daughter, Sandra (Lionel) Carney of Fairbanks, AK; four grandchildren, Nick Chadd and Hannah (Andrew) Harber of Ft. Wayne, IN, and Christina Carney and Ashley Carney of Fairbanks, AK; and two great-grandchildren, Katelin Harber and Daniel Harber of Ft. Wayne, IN.
