CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – On Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 31 and Jan. 1, The Refuge emergency shelter (635 Frosty Morn Dr.) will be distributing cold-weather provisions (such as blankets, coats, etc.) to those in need.
The shelter itself will not be in operation, but anyone needing provisions can visit between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Blankets, winter coats, heaters, and monetary donations can also be dropped off during these hours.
