CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Party-goers should plan on bundling up New Year’s Eve as temperatures continue to fall in Middle Tennessee.

The National Weather Service says Wednesday night will be partly cloudy with a low of 22 degrees. Winds will remain around five miles per hour throughout the night.

New Year’s Day will ring in rainy with a high of 40 degrees and freezing rain is possible late Thursday night and into Friday morning.
