MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. – The National Weather Service in Nashville has predicted a light wintry mix across Middle Tennessee into Thursday morning.
Overnight temperatures were freezing or slightly below, causing rain to become a mixture of sleet and freezing rain with a chance of light snow.
Only minor accumulations are expected, but the weather could still impact road conditions and travel.
Temperatures will climb by the afternoon hours on Thursday with regular rainfall in the area.
