CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Clarksville man was arrested for indecent exposure after allegedly touching himself in front of two children.
According to an arrest warrant, 33-year-old Clifton Studyway is accused of exposing himself and masturbating in front of his ex-girlfriend and her two daughters.
The victim said Studyway had come to her home to collect some of his personal items and went into a bedroom for several hours. Another victim said she woke to find Studyway standing nude in the hallway and watching her, according to the warrant.
The warrant states that Studyway had been engaged in similar behaviors in front of the victims in the past, and Studyway has a criminal history of indecent exposure.
He was arrested Nov. 17 and his bond was set at $50,000.
