NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A Woodland Hills detention center juvenile escapee who remained on the loose for nearly two months has been arrested in connection to a shooting near the campus of Tennessee State University (TSU).
WKRN News 2 reports that De’Mario Fisher was arrested early Friday night by Metro police after they received a 911 tip regarding his location.
Officer found Fisher in a home with several people and he tried to escape through a window but was detained by police.
Fisher was taken into custody and struggled as he was handcuffed, and as he began to run, a black, semi-automatic handgun loaded with 12 bullets fell out of his waistband.
