CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Struggling military homeowners will be provided with financial assistance during a class Saturday, Oct. 4 in Clarksville.

Qualifying homeowners must have been active duty military at any point after January 1, 2001 or on long-term medical disability after January 1, 2000. Those who qualify are eligible for $40,000 or up to 36 months of mortgage help through the Keep My TN Home Hardest Hit Fund Program.

Life of Victory International Christian Ministries is hosting a class in the Clarksville-Montgomery County area to help struggling homeowners apply for the Hardest Hit Fund on October 4 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

The class will be held at Mt. Olive Baptists Church, located at 608 Main St.

For wartime members of the military that find themselves delinquent on their mortgage payments or for members of the military facing a permanent change of station (PCS) and trouble selling their current home, assistance is available throughLife of Victory International Christian Ministries – a Tennessee Housing Development Agency partner.
