MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The woman accused of hitting and killing a 13-year-old boy on I-24 earlier this year has been ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation.
WKRN News 2 reports that Tina Wilson, 33, pleaded not guilty to charges of vehicular homicide by intoxication. She was set to discuss a plea deal Wednesday but did not appear in court.
Wilson lost control of her car in April and hit Clifton Braunwalder, who was helping his mother change a flat tire. She fled the scene and was later found by police.
She is due in court again November 18.
