CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Woodlawn woman previously arrested for statutory rape is facing new charges.
37-year-old Jennifer Hodges has now been charged with contempt and violation of order of protection after visiting the school that the victim attends during regular school hours.
Hodges was arrested July 30 for aggravated statutory rape after being accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old male.
Investigators obtained text messages that corroborated the statement of the victim.
Hodges was booked September 12 on a $500,000 bond.
