CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The 3rd annual “Evening for Pat Summitt” event will be held Thursday, Sept. 18 from 5-7 p.m. at the Charles Hand Farm, 1816 Ross Rd., Cedar Hill, TN.
All proceeds benefit the Pat Summitt Foundation, which supports those who suffer from Alzheimer’s. The foundation makes grant to nonprofits which provide education, awareness, support services, and research.
The famous women’s basketball coach was diagnosed with early onset dementia and strives to help those in similar situations through the foundation.
Tickets are $25 each and include dinner, entertainment, and a silent auction. Pat Summitt is expected to attend if her health allows.
