CLARKSVILLE, TN – The Kenwood High School Drama Club Knight’s Players will present the comedy In Juliet’s Garden, by Judith Elliot McDonald, on Friday, Nov. 6 at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 7 at 2:30 and 6:30 p.m.
This outrageous comedy goes to the heart of theatrical rivalry and ambition. Five actresses, celebrated for portraying Shakespeare’s most famous female characters, meet in Juliet Capulet’s garden to grumble, gossip, and gripe about their plots, characters, and plays. Shakespeare sends his literary agent to represent him, but he also plants a spy in their midst to get his way.
KHS Drama Club welcomes new actors Zoey Liston, Nolan McIntyre, and Caidyn Brannan. Continuing their acting careers at KHS are Gabriella Gill, Avi Frizzell, Shaylin Robinson, Lily Hendrix, and Evalyn McMillan. Backstage teams are led by Julia Battreal, Lyla Bourg, and Luxie George.
Tickets are $5. Free for CMCSS students.
