CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Site plans have been submitted to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission for the development of four multi-family apartment buildings, which are all at least three stories tall, off of Madison Street on Meadowhill Lane.

The project also includes two commercial buildings ranging in square footage from 12,600 square feet to 14,000.

The Willow at Madison

The site plans relate to the project known as The Willow at Madison. The overall project sits on 10.88 acres. The latest proposed plans shows two three-story buildings, two four-story buildings, as well as the commercial spaces.

The proposed building coverage for the project spans more than 96,200 square feet, and a total of 174 units have been proposed. A total of 519 parking spots were proposed in the plans out of the required 518.

The listed applicant for the project is Singletary Construction, and McKay-Burchett & Company is the listed agent/engineer. Clarksville Now reached out to Singletary Construction, but they did not have comments at this time.

The next regular Regional Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, where they are expected to discuss The Willow at Madison site plans.
