CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – With the continued development of 1243 Rossview Plaza off of Exit 8, several businesses have already begun to market their brands, which includes a restaurant, a coffee shop, as well as a bakery.

In the far-left corner of the plaza, the veteran-owned Mugsy’s Coffee Company is looking to open up shop and serve the Exit 8 community. According to their website, Ken Poindexter is the roaster and owner of Mugsy’s, alongside his wife Tina, after they purchased the business back in 2008.

While there is currently limited information, the going into 1243 Rossview Plaza will be Ireh K Food, located beside Mugsy’s. According to signage in the area, Ireh K Food will serve banchan, which are typically side dishes that are a fundamental part of a Korean meal. Examples of a banchan dishes are kimchi and also jun (thinly pan-fried savory pancakes and small meat patties), according to PBS SoCal. Irek K Food is also expected to offer catering.

The other new business is Chillville Bakery & Boba. While signage does not indicate which storefront the bakery will be located at, the business has begun advertising their brand on Rossview Road.
