CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Fencing and Forefront Solutions will sponsor the Color Me Cool Art Show and Ice Cream Festival to benefit Manna Café from noon until 8 p.m. on Saturday, August 2.
The event, “a groovy summer shindig with a hippie-dippy twist,” will take place at 635 Frosty Morn Drive.
Admission is free, and activities will include artists, crafters, a hula hoop competition, hippie dress up contest, a sidewalk chalk art contest, and games for the kids. Live music will be performed by Lydia Walker, Chris Crow, Mike Robinson, Kevin Riner, the Wells Band, and Syd Hedrick.
The main event will be a homemade ice cream competition. Participants will have a chance to win eleven gallons of Purity© ice cream and new electric ice cream maker.
