CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Clarksville Police have identified a suspect they say hit a man with his car on College Street then drove off earlier this month.
At about 8 p.m. Feb. 19, Clarksville Police responded to the area of Tha Brass Key, 908 College St., after receiving 911 calls about a man lying in the roadway, according to previous reports. The man told officers he had been running across the street when he was struck by a vehicle. The victim sustained a compound fracture to his right leg and is expected to make a slow but full recovery, CPD said Wednesday.
CPD Investigator James Burton has identified a suspect, 23-year-old Lee Kinnon of Clarksville, who is being charged with duty to give information and render aid, immediate notice of accident, and driving while license suspended, CPD said Wednesday.

Warrants for Kinnon remain outstanding and have not yet been served. Anyone with information regarding Kinnon’s whereabouts is asked to call 911. Anyone with information or additional video footage is asked to please contact FACT Investigator Burton at 931-648-0656, ext. 5665.
