CLARKSVILLE, TN – The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System announced the following administrative announcements were made on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025.
St. Bethlehem Elementary School Principal
Fonda Reed-Malone has been selected as the principal of St. Bethlehem Early Learning Center. Reed-Malone currently serves as an assistant principal at St. Bethlehem, with nearly 30 years of experience in Pre-K and early childhood education. Before joining CMCSS in 2024, Reed-Malone served as a Literacy Coach for Metro Nashville Public Schools. Previously, she served for seven years as a Senior Instructional Advisor for the Division of Early Childhood for Memphis-Shelby County Schools. Before entering instructional leadership, she taught for 18 years at schools in Nashville, Memphis, and Maryland, teaching Pre-K through 1st grade. She has served in numerous school and district-level leadership capacities, has been featured in national publications, and has presented at several state and national conferences, including The White House Conference on Teenagers: Raising Responsible and Resourceful Youth and the National PTO Conference. Reed-Malone earned her M.Ed. from Cambridge College and her B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Tennessee State University.
Pisgah Elementary School Assistant Principal

Dr. Hannah Oglesbee has been selected as an assistant principal at Pisgah Elementary School. Currently, Dr. Oglesbee serves as an Academic Coach at Moore Magnet STEAM Elementary School. Previously, she served as a Multi-Classroom Leader, Content Mentor, and classroom teacher, beginning her career with CMCSS in 2019. Dr. Oglesbee was named Teacher of the Year in 2021-2022 and was selected as a Tennessee STEM Innovation Network (TSIN) Workforce Fellow in 2022-2023. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at Austin Peay State University and has held several leadership and mentor roles in curriculum and instruction. Dr. Oglesbee earned her Ed.D. and Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University and her M.S. in Reading and B.S. in K-5 Education from Austin Peay State University.
Onsite Clinic Manager

Tiffany Maxwell has been selected as the Onsite Clinic Manager. Maxwell has served as the Assistant Clinic Manager at Onsite since 2021. She began her career with Onsite in 2015, serving as an LPN and Team Lead before transitioning into administration. Previously, she served for nearly a decade at Trevecca Health Care Center in various roles, including MDS Coordinator, Infection Control Nurse, LPN Supervisor, and LPN. Maxwell earned a Practical Nursing Diploma and is a graduate of the CMCSS Leadership Academy and the CMCSS Advanced Leadership Academy.
