CLARKSVILLE, TN – Batson Nolan PLC is proud to announce that Ashley James has successfully passed the Tennessee Bar Exam and will now serve as an Associate Attorney with the firm’s Clarksville office.
Ashley joined Batson Nolan in 2021 as a paralegal, primarily supporting the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate practice areas. A native of Robertson County, Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, where she graduated summa cum laude. As an undergraduate, she was a member of Kappa Alpha Pi, Leading Women of Tomorrow, and the 1794 Honors Program.
Before joining Batson Nolan, Ashley worked as a legal assistant in criminal and family law. She recently completed her Juris Doctor at the Nashville School of Law, where she further developed her interest in estate planning and probate law.
