Jesus “Jerry” San Nicolas Tenorio, age 83, of Clarksville, died Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at his home.
He was born in Agana, Guam, to the late Francisco Tenorio and Engracia San Nicolas. Jerry was also preceded in death by spouses, Anna Stoetter Tenorio and Mary Lou Tenorio; two daughters, Leesa Almond and Anita Darnell; brother, Tony Tenorio; and grandson, Tommy Darnell.
Mr. Tenorio was a retired US Army Veteran, having served in the Korean and Vietnam Conflicts, where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the VFW.
Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22 at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – West, in Hopkinsville, KY.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Jerry is survived by one daughter, Katrina (Chris) Breitbach, of Huntsville, AL; three brothers, John Tenorio, Mack (Lillian) Tenorio, and Frank (Rosita) Tenorio, of Guam; two sisters, Percilla Rodriguez and Josephine Arceo (Fred), of Guam; and one grandson, Aaron Breitbach.
