CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Hamilton Development has broken ground on their NorthPark Logistics project, sitting on a 200-acre site at 4175 Guthrie Highway. The site will feature 2.1 million square feet of institutional-quality industrial space across 14 buildings, according to previous reports.
“NorthPark Logistics is a pioneering industrial site, for us as a company and for the Clarksville market,” said Whitfield Hamilton, CEO of Hamilton Development, in the news release. “We follow quality labor, and the regional workforce – drawing on Fort Campbell, Austin Peay, and this fast-growing MSA – is highly skilled and reliable. As industrial employers continue to invest billions of dollars in the area, we believe there will be increasing demand for institutional-quality industrial space.”
The news release highlighted that NPL features multiple opportunities for flexible build-to-suit or speculative space, with the ability to accommodate tenants from 18,200 to 1.2 million square feet. Hamilton Development recently started construction on the first phase of the development: four buildings totaling nearly 550,000 square feet. Building 1, a 206,752-square-foot cross dock, and Building 2, a 131,220-square-foot rear load facility, are expected to be delivered in Q1 2026, said the release.
NorthPark Logistics is directly served by R.J. Corman rail and sits adjacent to the LG Chem plant. Zac Cypress and Max Smith with Colliers are the listing brokers for NorthPark Logistics. For more information, visit www.NPLclarksville.com.
