CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The APSU Wilbur N. Daniel African American Cultural Center is currently asking for donations from the community to aid students and their families.
Suggested items include non-perishable foods, new or gently used clothing ranging from baby to adult sizes and unused hygiene items. The last day to bring donations to the WNDAACC, located in room 120 of the Clement Building, is Tuesday, July 8. Items can be turned in between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.
Donations will benefit the Austin Peay Food Pantry.
For every ten items donated, individuals will have one ticket entered in a drawing for prizes. Winning Austin Peay students will receive $25 Chartwell’s coupons, while Faculty, Staff and community members will receive a gift bag. Winners for the drawings will be announced on Friday, July 11.
