CLARKSVILLE, TN − The 12th annual Go Green Run will be held at Austin Peay State University on Saturday, March 29. This family-friendly event invites runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to participate in a day of fitness, fun, and community.

The race day festivities will kick off at the Red Barn/Memorial Health Building, located at the corner of Drane Street and Marion Street on the APSU campus. Participants can choose from a 10K, 5K, or 1 Mile Fun Run, with chip timing provided by the Clarksville Running Club for the 10K and 5K.

The adorable Leprechaun Loop for children 4 and younger will also take place. Participants are encouraged to embrace the St. Patrick’s Day spirit and dress in their best leprechaun attire for a chance to win prizes!

  • 6:00 AM: 10K Packet Pickup
  • 7:00 AM: 10K Race Start
  • 7:30 AM: 5K Packet Pickup
  • 8:30 AM: 5K Race Start
  • 9:30 AM: 1 Mile Fun Run (All ages)
  • 9:45 AM: Leprechaun Loop (ages 4 and under)
  • Awards Ceremony following the Leprechaun Loop

Registration information

  • Register online at the Go Green Run signup page.
  • Early registration discounts are available until March 21.
  • Pre-registration ends at midnight on March 27.
  • Race day registration is available up to 30 minutes before each race start.
  • 10K: Early Registration $45, after 3/21 $50
  • 5K: Early Registration $35, after 3/21 $40
  • Combo 10K/5K: Early Registration $55, after 3/21 $60
  • 1 Mile: Early Registration $25, after 3/21 $30
  • Little Leprechaun: Free (T-shirt available for $15)
  • Registration includes a long-sleeve race day shirt (guaranteed if registered by March 14th).

Awards

  • 10K and 5K: Top 3 male and female runners in each age division, and overall male and female with the best time.
  • 1 Mile Fun Run: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for male and female in two age divisions (16 and under/17 and up).

Important notes

  • Shirt availability is guaranteed for those who register by March 14th.
  • Limited shirts will be available on race day for late registrants, first-come, first-served.
  • 10K cut off 6:30 am | 5K cut off 8:00 am | 1 Mile cut off 9:00 am.
