Carrie Lorraine Cooksey, age 86 of Erin, TN, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2024 at her residence while surrounded by her loving family.
Lorraine entered this life on November 9, 1937 in Granite City, IL, daughter to the late Lurton Biggs and Gertie Beacham Biggs. Lorraine was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to her family; she will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, Lorraine was preceded in death by her son, David Alan Hooper; and siblings, Lurton Biggs JR, and Danny Biggs.
Survivors include her loving husband of 51 years, Neal Rook Cooksey; children, Lorrie Cooskey, Steve Hooper, Phillip Hooper; and siblings, Vernon Biggs, Mikel Biggs, and Mitzi Whitford. Lorraine also leaves behind her precious grandchildren, Gus Cooksey, and Darren Hooper.
