Update, Sept. 23: Police have identified 30-year-old Michael Cason of Nashville as the suspect. He has been charged with attempted homicide, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated burglary. The victim was listed in critical condition.

Anyone with information regarding the location of Cason is asked to call 911 immediately. He is considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be confronted.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A man was shot at a house in the Greenwood area of south Clarksville overnight Friday.

At about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Clarksville Police were called to the address on McGraw Street and found a male who had been shot three times, according to police spokesman Officer Scott Beaubien. Officers performed life-saving measures on the victim, and he was flown to Nashville by LifeFlight helicopter. The victim was listed in critical condition.
