Peggy Ann Harper, age 77 of Oakman, AL passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024, at her residence.
Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by her father, Noonan Leon Sheffield; mother, Clancie May Sheffield; son, Albert S. Reed; brothers, Noonan W. Sheffield and Richard L. Sheffield; sister, Diane Sheffield Turner.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Harper; sons, Harrison A. Reed, Jr. and Edward L. Reed; daughter, Penny R. Harper Robertson; stepdaughter, Linda K. Harper Holsapple; granddaughter raised by her, Destiny B. Reed Gunter; brothers, Billy L. Sheffield and Jefferson G. Sheffield; 12 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Taylor’s United Methodist Church; 635 Taylor Chapel Rd., Dover, TN beginning at 2:00 pm followed with a graveside service at 3:00 pm at the church cemetery with Kevin Horn and Wayne Taylor officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
