Debbie Lynn Rucci Baez, age 67, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Monday, May 21, 2024.
Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The Baez family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, and again on Wednesday from 12 p.m. until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
Debbie was born on September 9, 1956, in Madison, TN; daughter of the late CSM Anthony and Linda Rucci. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in by her son, Marcus Emerson Baez.
Debbie served as special security for Pinkerton, in the 70’s and was the founder and matriarch of CMT/ABATE, Inc. the local Montgomery Co. Charter. She was one of the initiators of the Look Twice Save a Life slogan for Tennessee Motorways. In Debbie’s later years, she worked in food services in the local Clarksville community for 13 years.
She was a roller derby fanatic and also enjoyed reading, nursing plants, and watching soap operas. She loved all animals, especially her cat Midnight. Debbie had a loving soul and would care for everything and anyone.
She will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 46 years, Wally Pedro A. Baez; daughters, Brandy Anne Baez, and Ashley Morgan Baez; brothers Terry Rucci and Antonio Rucci; granddaughter, Isabelle Morgan Baez.
