Robert Gordon Hook, age 81, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024.
Celebration of Life will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2024, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Wayne Hagewood officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 1, 2024, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Conduit Church, 1642 Lewisburg Pike, Franklin, TN, 37064 and again on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home in Clarksville, TN.
Robert entered this life on July 24, 1942, in Montgomery County, TN to the late John and Annie Hook. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Clarksville.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Floyd Arnold Hook, Irene Vansant, and Valinda Carol Enos.
Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years, Barbara Hook; daughters, Jamie Dempsay (Derek), and Valinda Albert (Michael); grandchildren, Noah Albert, Annalise Albert, and Oliva Dempsay, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Michael Albert, Derek Dempsay, Sam Massenburg, Marty Britt, and his nephews, Michael Hook, and Ben Britt.
Mark Sorenson will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
