CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A house was heavily damaged in a fire Saturday night in north Clarksville.
At about 11:50 p.m., Clarksville Fire Rescue was dispatched to the fire on Donelson Drive. Firefighters arrived to see heavy flames coming out of the front and back windows, according to CFR.
Firefighters had to battle the fire from the outside due to the conditions of the roof. No one was in the home, no injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
Battalion 2 crews from Stations 6, 5 and 1 responded.
This was the second house fire in north Clarksville on Saturday. Earlier that day, a home on Willard Road was destroyed in a fire.
