CLARKSVILLE, TN – If you’ve driven North on Hwy 79 towards Guthrie lately, you may have noticed a new, large – or 460,000 square feet to be exact – structure on the corner of International Boulevard that reads “Florim USA.” This building is part of the multi-million-dollar growth initiative Florim USA announced in 2021 to expand its operations and local jobs.
The new warehouse contains over 3 million cubic feet of storage to protect the locally manufactured porcelain tile production. The tile is represented in over 2,500 stores nationwide. Additionally, the facility added over 20 new jobs, bringing the total employment to just over 450, including temporary workers. That number represents an almost 40% growth rate for employees since the announcement for expansion made just two years ago.
