CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Three local stores have been cited by the Clarksville Police Department (CPD) for selling alcohol to minors.
The CPD Special Operations Unit conducted ABC compliance checks at 11 locations. The following stores were cited:
• E-Z Mart, 2116 Golf Club Lane
• Phillips 66, 2750 (A) Madison St.
• Merit Express, 1116 Hwy 76
These operations are ongoing. Agent Tanner Pew is the lead investigator.
