William “Bill” E. Byard Jr., age 58, of Clarksville, TN, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 28, 2023, at his residence.
Bill was born on April 2, 1965, in Clarksville, TN, to the late William E. Byard Sr. and Shelby Hatcher. Bill is also preceded in death by his sister, Shelby Lynette Byard Taylor.
Bill is survived by his brother, Jeremy Byard and sisters, Tammy (Scott) Byard Cowan and Crystal (Ray) Byard Rice.
Bill was an avid fisherman with a passion for NASCAR and a Civil War enthusiast. Bill was a lifelong resident of Clarksville, TN and is loved by many and will be missed by all.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday, September 1, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
