DOTSONVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A man was shot in the chest in west Montgomery County overnight Sunday, and a woman has been arrested.
In the early morning hours of Monday, Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a shooting in the area of Rowdy Trail, according to Sgt. Bishop Delaney. Deputies discovered a man shot in the chest. He was flown to Nashville for treatment.
Investigators to investigate the incident, and after conducting interviews, Toni McGee, 66, was arrested, and she was charged with aggravated assault.
This is still an active and ongoing investigation. No further information has been released.
Rowdy Trail is in the Dotsonville area, just off Gip Manning Road.
