CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Two people were shot in Clarksville Sunday evening, and police are working to determine if they are connected.

At about 5 p.m., Clarksville Police received a 911 call that someone had been shot in the area of Eagles Bluff Drive, according to a news release from Officer Scott Beaubien. Officers found a 15-year-old boy with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was flown to Nashville by LifeFlight helicopter.

Then, at about 5:18 p.m., a 17-year-old walked into the Tennova Healthcare-Clarksville ER with a gunshot wound to the hand.

It is unknown at this time if these two incidents are connected, and this is an ongoing investigation.

No further information has been released.

Eagles Bluff Drive is off Trenton Road in northeast Clarksville.
