Marilyn “Jane” Bauer, age 89, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on June 14, 2023.
She was born on January 29, 1934, in Scotts Bluff, NE, to Floyd and Ida Shadle. Jane graduated from Minatare High School, Chadron State College, and Buena Vista College. She was a teacher for over 40 years and loved decorating for holidays. She was a member of Minatare Presbyterian Church, the Red Hat Society, and on the committees for City of Lights and Taber Days in Minatare. Jane enjoyed her farm, spending time with her grandchildren, and wagon rides from her ponies, Frick and Frack.
In addition to her parents, Jane is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Bauer. She is survived by her children: Brett (Angela) Bauer, Ty (Donna) Bauer, and Tessa Bauer; brother, John Shadle; and grandsons, Garrett Bauer and Spencer Bauer.
