Maj. (Ret.) Ralph Waldo Stewart, age 74, of Clarksville, TN, passed away with his loving wife by his side on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at his residence.
Ralph was born July 1, 1948, in Tokyo, Japan to the late James Edward Stewart and Mary Frances Jackson. Ralph was also preceded in death by his beloved son, Zachary Edward Stewart.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Elizabeth “Libby” Hester Stewart; brother, Randall (Jeanine) Stewart; nieces, Mary Kate (Trace) Forkan and Carmen Stewart.
Ralph continued to serve his community after retiring from the United States Army (Aviation) through his church in Washington State and South Carolina and his family and friends. Ralph will be missed greatly and is loved dearly.
A Celebration of Life in Ralph’s honor will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home. Visitation will be held On Saturday, July 1, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
