CLARKSVILLE,TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – From concerts downtown to movies in the park, here’s the top events for the weekend.

Haven Madison in Concert: On Sunday, Haven Madison will have her first concert appearance since her journey to the Top 10 on American Idol. A meet and greet will be at 4 p.m. to sign autographs and take photos, and Golly G’s Ice Cream Truck will be on site with custom-made Haven Madison ice cream. The event is free, with the concert starting at 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St.

Youth Fishing Rodeo: The Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency Youth Fishing Rodeo is for youth ages 15 and under. Door prizes will be awarded to young participants throughout the event. The rodeo will be at Liberty Park Pond, and the cost is free. Registration is at 7 a.m, and fishing starts at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday. Final weigh-ins are at 9 a.m. with awards to follow.

Art in the Park: Join the Clarksville Parks and Recreation department on Saturday as they present performances, activities, games and food trucks, as part of the Summer in the Park series.  The event is free and will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Heritage Park, 1241 Peachers Mill Road.

Extreme Tour: Manna Café is hosting a lineup of Christian-based bands with varying music styles, from folk to rap to metal. The event will be Friday, June 9 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. The cost is free, with food and drinks. Guests are asked to bring lawn chairs. Manna Café is located at 605 Providence Blvd.

Movie Night: Join Montgomery County Parks and Recreation Saturday night, in a Moana movie night. The movie will be played in the Rich Ellen Banquet Hall and Driving You Donuts will be on site for a treat. The free movie will start at 7:30 pm. RichEllen Park is located at 1466 Tennessee 149.
