CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – There’s live music all weekend at Beachaven, plus you can buy plants and used books at the Public Library, and come out to support Haven Madison!
Live music at Beachaven: Live music outside, with a different food truck each day at Beachaven Vineyards & Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane. On Friday, April 28, from 4-7 p.m. it’s Lawson Harris; Saturday, April 29, from 4-7 p.m. it’s Anaka Grace; and Sunday, April 30, from 2-5 p.m. it’s Sarah Faith. Admission is free and visitors can purchase wine from Beachaven.
Master Gardeners Spring Plant Sale: Montgomery County Master Gardeners Association hosts its annual sale in the Veterans Plaza parking lot near the library, 350 Pageant Lane, on Saturday, April 29, from 8 a.m. until all the plants are sold. The plants, in a variety of species, are dug from Master Gardeners’ personal yards and are modestly priced.
Friends of the Library Spring Used Book Sale: Come buy some used books, with proceeds going to the Friends of the Library. The sale will be Friday, April 28, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Saturday, April 29, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sunday, April 30, 1-4:30 p.m. at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library, 350 Pageant Lane. In addition, The Cumberland Winds Concert Band will perform its annual Spring concert on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the atrium.
Haven Madison ‘American Idol’ Watch Party: Join in with Q108 hosts to watch Clarksville’s Haven Madison on American Idol, in a free watch party at City Forum. The party is Sunday starting at 6 p.m., with prizes and a chance to show your support for Haven.
