Mildred Ann Menzyk, age 53, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at Tri Star Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Mildred was born on February 4, 1970, in Joliet, IL to the late Robert Vernon Scroggins and Pemmie Sue Worley. She is also preceded in death by her niece, Angela Scroggins.
Mildred is survived by her husband, John William Menzyk; brothers, David (April) Scroggins, Robert (Brittney) Scroggins, and William Scroggins; sister, Brandy (Adam) Rochelle. Mildred was a devoted wife and stepmother to Mary-Kaye Mattson and Zachary Menzyk.
Mildred will be missed by her family and friends and will definitely be missed by all.
Services in Mildred’s honor will be held at a later date.
